·Degree in Engineering, Business Studies or other relevant discipline, preferably with an MBA or equivalent
·Experience of automotive industry analysis, preferably covering market as well as product and technology developments
·Experience as a significant contributor to the auto industry either within an operational area of an OEM/supplier or in an automotive industry consulting environment. The candidate should have experience of working at the intersection of technical, market and business issues
·Experience in an international/multi-cultural business environment
·Able to cultivate relationships with customer base and establish rapport with individual clients
